Staff was friendly and very helpful! Dr. Bertot was very knowledgable and professional. Dr. Bertot really explained whether the tongue tie procedure was necessary or not. He advised not to do the procedure in this case as he was interested in the health and benefit effectiveness of my son as opposed to doing it just for the money. I will be looking to switch my older daughter to this dental practice as I really appreciated the excellent service.

We had a great experience with my daughter! Before coming here, we visited two dentists in Orlando, but no one helped us. But they helped us from the first visit. It's a little bit pricey, but you get excellent service, from communication to dental treatment. Thank you so much!

They were amazing with my 18 month old who is NOT a fan of doctors in his mouth, following repeat treatments for thrush. The staff was super patient and understanding. I am paying out of pocket to bring him here until I can switch our insurance to a PPO... I was so impressed I don't want to take him anywhere else. Updated: Now almost 3, my son still lets them do whatever they need to during our visits. He is upgrading to the chair alone on our next visit! Updated: Nico was in the big chair during his last visit, with a new doctor (which I was very nervous about), but everything went well and we still absolutely love his practice!

WOW WOW, this is how I can describe my experience. I took in my 7, 9 and 14 year old for dental check up and they loved it. They've always had an awful experience at other dentist office but not in this one. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love how the office makes you feel welcoming, it's so clean and organized. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Dr. Chanin and staff is very professional and wonderful. They were very helpful and thorough. They explain things very well and make sure you understand. Dr. Chanin even called later on to see if I had any further questions. 5 stars . I definitely recommend this practice.

The team at Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida are the best. Doctors offer the best care and remain on top of the latest procedures and technology for the patients well being. In addition to dental care, there is Orthodontic services available . My children have been patients since they were toddlers and now teens, one important quality is the compassion this practice offers from the doctors to the reception team.

We love Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet, Mrs Claudia is an incredible hygienist! My son has always been scared of the dentist and after the first visit was comfortable going back without me! Dr Tawadrous is super friendly and patient, takes the time to explain to the parents exactly how the patient is, and what is needed. They’re out of network for our insurance carrier but definitely worth the extra expense to reduce the fear and anxiety for my kiddo!! So glad we found them!

My son loves going to Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida. All of the staff bend over backwards to make his experience there enjoyable. He actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

This place is amazing!! Staff is always so sweet with my boys and always listens to any concerns that I may have. Dr. Mansour is Amazing all around! Although my youngest gets nervous going, they always know how to work with him and tell him what a great job he is doing. I am so glad we started going!

A HUGE shout out to Dr. John Tawadrous and Ms. Claudia! I took my 5-year old son in for a filling today and they made the whole process smooth and painless. I was extremely nervous about taking him because he is very afraid of everything and up until that point had not had any issues going in for his cleanings. I was nervous that this would make him afraid to go to the dentist but he went through the whole procedure like it was nothing because Dr. John and Ms. Claudia made him feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. I can't say enough good things about this office.

Very friendly and super nice my 5 year old granddaughter loved being there they made it fun and so they can do their job, the facility is so nice is decorated to make them feel comfortable and also worry free. Really recommend

Pediatric Dentistry is a very professional office, friendly and genuinely caring staff and always willing to help. My son has autism and they always make sure to take care of him with compassion and patience.

So I scheduled my daughter at a different location and upon arrival they said they couldn’t take her because of her age..but that information was provided to them day’s prior to the appointment.BUT luckily I was referred to this location I called and explained the situation to them and they were able to squeeze my daughter in for a extraction!!! Talking about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10/10 from point of contact to the check out. I want to thank everyone that played apart in helping my daughter today. They were very sweet and gentle and made my daughter feel very comfortable.. so much so that I made follow up appointments for my daughter and her sister.as far as the building itself SPOTLESS!!! The staff was constantly wiping and sanitizing every area they worked in as well. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS ARE ROCK STARS ❤️❤️❤️

My special needs son (autism) love this place. He complies based on the care he got from the doctor and nurses. I still can’t believe they get him to sit in the chair the entire time. Completed X-ray and cleaning. This is the best place for kids

The doctors were very kind and gentle and the inside of the building was really nice and neat.

We were so pleased with our son’s visit today! He needed to be sedated in order to do X-rays and a cleaning. Throughout the time we were there everyone was very communicative and informative. Dr Bertot checked in on our son later in the day to make sure he was ok! Highly recommend this practice! Top notch service! 🤩

Best pediatric dentist we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to several. This dentist is the best!

My kids have been Dr. Bertot’s patients since 2013. We lived in the Maitland area at that time. We have since moved 30+ minutes away from that area and they still to this day refuse to see any other dentist. He’s truly the best pediatric dentist around.

Just went today for the first time with my son, i could not be happier! We’ve had some not so great experiences at other dentist offices but this one restored my son’s confidence in going. They are extremely patient and kind and I could not be any happier as a mom.

I recommend this place for sure. Everyone is spectacular, they attended to my daughter with absurd affection and naturalness. They are very attentive and careful. I'm simply delighted with the place and all the staff. Congratulations, you are wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bertot and his entire staff. My daughter had a full mouth restoration and we felt confident she was in the best care, which gave us so much peace.

This is a fantastic pediatric dentist! The office staff is friendly and answers any questions or concerns you have. The dentist and hygienists are so patient, caring, and gentle. Our girl went to the “big girl” chair today!! She absolutely loved the cool sunglasses and giggled with the suction. They showed her everything they were using along the way so she felt very comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!!

From the Front desk staff to the dental assistants, hygienist, and dentists in the back, are the best human beings ever! So sweet and professional couldn’t ask for a better dental experience for my little one:)

We love going to the dentist! Even my oldest who is petrified comes here and gets it all done. Doctors and staff are amazing, they make kids (and parents) feel comfortable and at ease. Great top notch equipment, always fast in and out, very clean office.

Today was my daughter’s second visit. She’s five and on the spectrum. Her first visit she was terrified, but Dr. Chanin and team were able to examine her mouth and get X-rays done. They were beyond patient with her, so supportive, and really made it a positive experience. We scheduled a visit for three months out to get her use to the idea of the dentist and to see if we could actually accomplish a cleaning. I’m happy to report she excelled today and they were able to do the full cleaning with zero issues. Ms. Jessica is one of the best hygienists I’ve come across. She took her time and explained everything she was going to do to my daughter. She also let her touch the tools and listen to the various sounds prior to putting anything in her mouth. She even gave my daughter her own mirror so she could see what was happening. Dr. Chanin was wonderful again and made sure my daughter was happy, comfortable, and had another positive experience. We’re so appreciative to everyone at Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida and can’t recommend them enough!

Lovely experience from checking-in to time of leaving. Staff was playful with my daughter and made her feel comfortable ever step of the way. They were very informative and gave lots of options for her cavity treatment. Thank you and will definitely return for her normal check-ups.

Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing and patient. My daughter is extremely shy and does not liked to be touched by strangers. They explained every step to her and made sure she felt comfortable.

I do not have enough positive things to say about Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! I brought my 3.5 year old daughter in for her first appointment this week. I'd been feeling apprehensive prior to finding this practice as she's highly sensitive, easily overstimulated, and the dentist office can be a disaster with that combination. However, from the moment of talking with staff on the phone, they shared their approach with kids and I felt it was the perfect space. I saw this play out with both my daughter's hygienist, Shay, and dentist, Dr. Chanin. Shay did an excellent job of showing my daughter how each tool worked, allowed her to touch them and look at them up close. She gave my daughter the power of choice to ensure a positive experience. She spoke with her age appropriately and was very patient. Ultimately, this resulted in a fun and productive appointment where my daughter has been obsessed with "jumping rope" (aka flossing) her teeth and brushing them at home multiple times a day. She asks me every hour if her teeth are sparkly and says she can't wait to go back! Thank you all SO much for the best experience - we are happy to have this as her tooth home!

My son has awful anxiety with anything medical related. The staff was amazing, patient and kind. They took their time to explain and take as much time as needed to suit my son’s comfort level. He needed two different procedures and Dr. Bertot talked his way through the procedures, kept a relaxed demeanor and worked efficiently. He even went above and beyond to call me later in the evening to check in and see how my son was doing. Thank you so much!!!

This was my 2 year old’s first visit to a dentist and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and child-friendly, and they made us feel very calm and well taken care of.

Everything was wonderful, from the location of the place to the treatment my son and I received at the office. As soon as we arrived there was a cute board on the wall with my boy’s name on it and we didn’t have to wait almost anything to be seen. The staff were friendly and caring, making sure my son’s first visit were a great experience and it was indeed. I’ll definitely bring my other son to become a patient there as well.

I took my son to the clinic for an emergency appointment after he fell and hurt his tooth and the whole staff was amazing!

I was very nervous about my 7yr old being sedated but the whole team made me feel extremely confident and comfortable. They even served us coffee while waiting for my sons procedure to finish!
