Dr. Chanin, Dr. John and the entire team is just phenomenal! Our son, who is on the Autism Spectrum, needs very specific direction and preparation to set him and everyone up for success during a visit. Whether it is a cleaning or a big procedure, the entire team is so gracious, patient and accommodating every step of the way. Our family is so grateful!

I’m always amazed at how well my 3-year old does at his dental check-ups here. Everyone in this office is lovely and they definitely know how to make the kiddos feel safe and brave during their visits. From the front desk to the doctors, we can’t say enough good things about this practice. Thanks for taking such good care of our Littles and explaining everything to the parents in a kind, gentle way.

Always a great experience. They treat my son very well, give him good techniques and advice for better oral health. The dentist, hygienist and other staff are always super friendly and do a great job! We are super happy. We just had another visit this week and I was super nervous because my son had some issues going on. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Very gentle and worked with my little one to ease his worries. I am so happy with the care we receive at Pediatric Dentistry. Highly recommend.

It is hard to find a good medical office. I can honestly say that my 4 years old had an excellent experience. They were extremely gentle with her and explained what they were going to do before they did it. My daughter left with a big smile on her face and was so proud. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. John and the procedure coordinator, Eve, went above and beyond to make sure my son (and the rest of us!) felt completely comfortable and informed every step of the way. Even before the surgery, their communication and compassion stood out and the aftercare check-ins truly showed how much they care about their patients. What could have been an anxious and stressful experience was made so easy and seamless thanks to their incredible team. Everyone we encountered was patient, understanding, and so attentive. We are beyond grateful for the amazing staff who turned a nerve-wracking situation into such a positive experience. Always professional, my daughter had a great visit.

We love going to the dentist! Even my oldest who is petrified comes here and gets it all done. Doctors and staff are amazing, they make kids (and parents) feel comfortable and at ease. Great top notch equipment, always fast in and out, very clean office.

I love this dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you.

This was the first time for my little girl to get major work done due to a cavity, but the experience was amazing. They were super interactive with her and made her feel comfortable, even expressing “this is fun” a couple of times. The place was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. 100/10! My daughter came home happy and told her father about how great her experience had been.

Just went today for the first time with my son, i could not be happier! We’ve had some not so great experiences at other dentist offices but this one restored my son’s confidence in going. They are extremely patient and kind and I could not be any happier as a mom.

My daughter ( 2 and 1/2) had an amazing experience at this dental office. Her dental hygienist, Sarah was so patient and sweet to her. She explained everything she was doing and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She was rewarded with the sweetest prizes and she keeps talking about how she wants to go back. The dentist—Dr. John was also so kind and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. We had such a great dental experience which is crucial for setting my daughter up for good dental hygiene and no fear of the dentist in the future. I can’t thank the staff enough for our treatment.

Highly recommend pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! This was my son’s first visit as his regular dentist was closed this week for vacation. They were able to see him the same day and ALL the staff were super amazing. Really appreciate Dr. John spending time to educate us on what the issue was that was causing pain/sensitivity with my son’s tooth and what solutions we have to resolve the sensitivity. We will certainly be back if we need another dentist and I recommend anyone looking for a new pediatric dentist to visit Pediatric Dentisitry of Central Florida in Maitland!

We have been going to this office for 9 years, and have never had a bad experience! We love all of the staff, and we trust them. We now drive almost a hour for each visit, but it's worth it when you find a dentist that you love and trust!

It was great! I m very happy with how all the staff members were so helpful and understanding and Dr. Bertot was so good showing my daughter how the whole process will be easy.

I thought taking my toddler in for his first dental exam was scary enough but this place made it so much easier than I thought it would be. They were so professional, kind and patient with my son. They were able to schedule him promptly and we were seen in a timely manner. They check all the boxes in what you’d like to see when picking a provider for your kids. 10/10.

We had our little one’s first dental visit here after he chipped his front teeth. Dr. Bertot smoothed and treated them right away, did a full exam, and explained everything clearly about future care. The staff was kind, caring, and made us feel very positive. Everything is excellent about this office. Highly recommend them !

Best experience. Surpassed my expectations. The staff is incredible with little kids. Dr. John was so patient. He let my son interrupt him multiple times and humored him each time. Never felt rushed through the process. Just incredible team of people.

We love Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet, Mrs Claudia is an incredible hygienist! My son has always been scared of the dentist and after the first visit was comfortable going back without me! Dr Tawadrous is super friendly and patient, takes the time to explain to the parents exactly how the patient is, and what is needed. They’re out of network for our insurance carrier but definitely worth the extra expense to reduce the fear and anxiety for my kiddo!! So glad we found them!

Have taken my child a few times and the entire staff is kind and thorough. My child feels comfortable and things are explained to both of us. It’s a great office and great practice. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience, beyond expectations. Went in for an infant oral motor assessment with possible tongue and lip tie release. Both the dentist, Dr. Bertot, and his assistant were very kind and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me in great detail. I was never rushed and I was allowed to take my time when making a decision. Afterwards, I felt confident in my ability to do the follow up care thanks to their in depth demonstration. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a pediatric dentist or Orthodontist.

A HUGE shout out to Dr. John Tawadrous and Ms. Claudia! I took my 5-year old son in for a filling today and they made the whole process smooth and painless. I was extremely nervous about taking him because he is very afraid of everything and up until that point had not had any issues going in for his cleanings. I was nervous that this would make him afraid to go to the dentist but he went through the whole procedure like it was nothing because Dr. John and Ms. Claudia made him feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. I can't say enough good things about this office.

Today was Tylers first trip to Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! He is 6 and we have been to other dentists in the past, I chose this office because it was closer to our house. I had no idea it was going to be this great! I also found out my pediatric dentist Dr Bishop had been at this location years ago. The hygentists are amazing, the dentist was so cool and make Tyler feel so comfortable. They were so thorough with his exam and it went so quick!! No tears!! He was thrilled with his goodie bag with a minecraft toothbrush. Thank you, see u all in 6 months!!

This review is long over due! I have been taking my little one to see Dr. John for about 2 years . He and the staff have done nothing but exceed my expectations every visit. Both Dr John and the staff have been so kind and patient even when they had to fill my daughter’s cavities at the age of two! They explained everything to me but also to my daughter so that she wasn’t scared. They have definitely made my daughter's “dentist experience” a positive one!

We LOVE Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! They are Kid friendly and Patient or Guest Motivated. They go above and beyond to make sure that the your child feels comfortable and you feel welcome. I Love the friendliness of the staff and how approachable the Dentist are we have seen both Dr. Mansour and Dr. Bertot. In fact we saw Dr. Bertot today. He and Dr. Mansour are very kind, welcome questions and take a positive approach to my daughters care. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. John was great with my son. He throughly explained the entire process to my 10 year old son and addressed all of his concerns/needs. My son had a previous unpleasant experience at another pediatric dentist office but that was a thing of the past with Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida. After his appointment, my son kept saying “I really like that office!” Needless to say, they are our new dentist office ( my daughter was impressed as well 🙂).

The assistant working with him was very kind and patient with us and took her time explaining all post op instructions and stretches we had to do at home after the procedure. This is by FAR the most amazing dental office I have ever been too. They have the kindest staff, from the lobby all the way to the checkout. The dentists and hygienists work together to create an environment that is warm, friendly, and inviting. The most important part of, of course, our daughter’s impression of the experience. She has been to a couple of other dentists in the area, and she has been most comfortable here. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

They were amazing with my 18 month old who is NOT a fan of doctors in his mouth, following repeat treatments for thrush. The staff was super patient and understanding. I am paying out of pocket to bring him here until I can switch our insurance to a PPO... I was so impressed I don't want to take him anywhere else. Update 1: Now almost 3, my son still lets them do whatever they need to during our visits. He is upgrading to the chair alone on our next visit! Update 2: Nico was in the big chair during his last visit, with a new doctor (which I was very nervous about), but everything went well and we still absolutely love his practice!

Dr Bertot and the staff are so wonderful! We have been coming to their office for years with our sons. Dr Bertot is so knowledgeable, gives great attention to detail, truly cares about our children’s health, and provides insightful education. My oldest recently had his first cleaning exam and Savannah, the dental hygienist, was so patient and kind letting him learn about all the tools that would be used. We highly recommend this dental office!

My son has dental anxiety and isn’t always the most cooperative, but Natalie and Dr. John were fantastic with him. They were so patient, kind, and made him feel comfortable. The entire office is kid-friendly and inviting (the iPads in the waiting room were a hit!), which really helped ease his nerves. A big shoutout to Keri at the front desk. She went above and beyond helping us sort out insurance issues and was incredibly kind throughout. I can’t recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida enough. Five stars all the way!

Amazing! 🙂 Brought my two girls there (4 and 1.5) for thier first visits today and I am so amazed at how smooth the appointment went for both kids. We saw Dr. John and he was very kind and patient, especially with my wiggly 1 year old. For her first appointment, he was able to examine her mouth better than I can get her to open up at home to brush. He was so comforting to her from the start. He was just as amazing with my 4 year old and she was laughing and smiling the entire time in the chair. She was so happy with her toothbrush and toothpaste that she brushed with it again as soon as we got home from the appointment, haha! All of the staff in this office are so nice. Calm and happy atmosphere for a place that could potentially cause anxiety. Office was clean and so nice, I wish I could go there, but I'm too old lol!

Everyone on staff was so warm and welcoming! They made us feel comfortable right from the start and made her first trip there so much easier. Dr.Bertot was knowledgeable and kind. His approach to diagnosing and discussing treatment for our baby was informative and relatable. He was easy to talk to and he didn’t pressure us to make a decision. I highly recommend!

Great first visit with our 3 year old

We had a really good experience!! The customer service is awesome. They welcome you with a smile. The dental practice is clean and really nice. They respect your appointment time, walk you through the procedure that the kids are getting done. I am a happy parent. I totally recommend them. Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena!! I’m a mom of a sweet 7 yr old autistic boy. I honestly love the Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida office as well as Dr. Bertot and his team. The level of compassion, concern, kindness, and understanding everyone has is amazing! From exams, to treatments, even down to scheduling and performing surgery is incredible. This is a fantastic pediatric dentist! The office staff is friendly and answers any questions or concerns you have. The dentist and hygienists are so patient, caring, and gentle. Our girl went to the “big girl” chair today!! She absolutely loved the cool sunglasses and giggled with the suction. They showed her everything they were using along the way so she felt very comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!!

Always a pleasure here. All the staff is wonderful, friendly, welcoming. The place is clean. Very kid friendly. Transparent with an open plan, and in rooms with doors there are windows. Parents are always welcome to come back with the kids. The hygienists and dentists always make the children feel at ease. We decline flouride treatments and they never give us problem with it, and I appreciate that. Highly recommend!

As a new mom, I was so reluctant to have to do any surgical procedure on my 8-week old daughter but the staff and doctor were exceptional and really helped ease my worries.
